Default What do you guys think about [...]?

[Assist 2 Sell] We are thinking selling our house with them. Let them handle all paperwork, closing, home inspection etc. Anybody has any experiences dealing with them before?

We have been advertised through free listing all over the internet such as windows expo, craiglist, floridashomeontheweb, OLX, homekeys etc.(not MLS listing though) we even created our own site! (it is on google search too)

Anybody sold house just by listing on the internet?

Default A2s

My house is listed w/them right now in St. Cloud/OSceola county. It's been on the market since mid July. It's priced right, great neighborhood, etc. etc. I think it's really just the market. I think the media has created this mess to some extent. My experience w/them.........I have to stay on the agent a little bit re: signs down, promptly making changes on listing i.e. price, other bones being thrown to buyers. So, I can't say it's bad, can't say it's great. In 3 more mos. when contract expires, if not sold, I will consider other options. But, the A2S commission structure is what attracted me since I plan to leave the state and need as much as I can get out of sale, being semi-retired when relocating. They won't do open houses, but I'm not convinced open houses sell houses anyway. Could put an ad in paper, but there are so many I don't know if it's worth it. I don't know if they do caravans w/other brokers, but I will find out, as that may be helpful.I have offered a bonus to buyers agent (if other than A2S) as agent suggested that because of "rumor" that other brokers don't like to show A2S listings because of their comm. % being lower.
