Look at Oviedo or Lake Mary. I'm personally not a big fan of Sanford, and sure as heck not a fan of Deltona.

I live in Sanford, and I love it! Some parts of the city are a little run down so they whole city sometimes does get a bad rep, and there are alot of Black people and some people don't like that. There is the part that is west of I-4 that is really nice. You could also look into Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Winter Springs, and Orange city. All of these places including Sanford have really good schools some of the best in the Nation. I would not really recommend Deltona it is not a whole lot better than Sanford. Looks can be really deceiving it looks kind of nice on the outside, But then after a while you feel like you have to Drive to far to Everything.

You're right, some parts of Sanford are nice. I didn't mean to lump it all into one.
