Does anybody have info. on the new Becker Rd. TP exit and its projected completion date?

If many of the posters on this forum are correct, the new interchange cannot possibly exist, because (a) PSL is a ghostland, everyone having left; or (b) gangs have taken over the construction area and are using it to grow pot; or (c) the construction company went out of business due to out-of-control taxes.
![]() Seriously, construction is moving swiftly. Recently, traffic along Becker Road was moved to the new span while the old bridge is torn down and replaced with the other side of the new span. It's supposed to be finished by "late Fall 2006", but figure January, 2007 as the earliest date. It will be a Sun Pass only interchange. |

Thanks again PSLOldTimer! We're still moving forward with our plans as S.Fla. "is becoming a ghosttown, the gangs are taking over, and taxes are putting construction companies out of business".If you look for it, it's all there, no matter where you live! LOL Keep posting! Most of us are still looking for constructive info.

According to Florida turnpike web page it is now March 2007. I have checked over the last year and there has been 2 changes each 3 months.
