NEEDED: LIVE IN HELP to take care of house and help caregiver keep an eye on my grandparents (on their free time, not as a main caregiver). That means an outside part time day, or full time night job is fine
Rent for this situation would be about 400 a month or so, utilities included. This includes Electric, Water, Extended Cable TV, dial up internet, for two bedrooms w/ separate A/C, 1 bathroom, screened in room (with separate refridge), separate covered patio /porch. Kitchen facilities are shared.

Its NOT luxurious living in a brand new Maronda Home, but its comfortable, and priced to allow breathing room and enjoyment of life while possibly saving money away. AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT CAN BE GIVEN TO SOMEONE WHO IS HANDY AND CAN HELP COMPLETE SOME REPAIRS/IMPROVEMENTS CURRENTLY NEEDEDThis is a beautiful, peaceful piece of property (almost a half acre) in a really nice neighborhood yet a block from Howland Blvd, close to all the shopping. CVS, Banks, everything on Howland including the Food Lion, brand new Publix and WalMart Super-duper thing-y.
We would also consider an elderly couple to move in. (My original thought was to have an additional caregiver & a few more elderly folks move in like, maybe another couple besides my grandparents)
They would be in a very AFFORDABLE, HAPPY FAMILY type HOME environment, with a people to assist them with day to day life. If I had one more person to help David run things day to day, it would work. That person could have free room and board earn a modest income instead of paying to live here. I would be available for frequent respite and relief.
