Default Teacher moving to Gainesville

My girlfriend and I are thinking of moving to Gainesville within the next 2 months. I am recieving my Masters in Elementary Education and she earned hers last Spring. We are from NJ and there are no teaching jobs available for elementary school teachers. I have been researching and found many jobs available. I also have tons of business qualifications. I would love to hear any advice about our situation.
