Hello Everyone,

I have asked for advice before with certain areas in West Palm and all have been helpful. Now I have another question regarding Wellington and an add I found on Craigslist. Does anyone have info on Pine Acres? What would a pool home on an acre, 6 bdrm, 5 baths, 6000sqft. go for in a market like this? How old of an area is this, what kind of subdivision is this-ie: clubhouse, pools, tennis, etc..... ? How does this area "rate" lets say with others in Wellington, like Versailles, Olympia, Greenview Shores on so on. Info on the schools, shopping and etc. are all appreciated!!!! I have emailed the poster of the add in question and it is like "pulling teeth", very short answers like I should already have the info. I don't, I am in NY!! Thanks hope to hear some replies soon.

Hi, "me" again, I was checking back on one of the emails from the seller, and I think the street is Pine Acre(s) not the sub-division. Seller has emailed me several more times today. Still does not give name of area the house is in other than zip, 33414. Now I am just plain curious where this house is, he states it is a mansion! Thanks again.

Visit the Palm Beach County School district website and make sure the home that you buy feeds on of these two elementary schools.

Stay towards the west side of Wellington. The schools are a lot better there.

If you are looking for Acreage, look in zip code 33412 or 33470. We are an unicorporated area called The Acreage which is made up of Royal Palm Beach/West Palm Beach/Loxahatchee. Go onto Realtor and enter those zips. You can find fixer uppers for around $250K or great 3 or 4 BR houses for $400K or really huge mega houses for $600K. All are on 1.15-2 acres. We have the best schools in Palm Beach County. Every single one of them is an "A" school...Yes, even better than Wellington.
