We are down to deciding to rent in Egrets Landing or Hammock Trace. We have 3 young children, ages 6mo, 2yo, 4yo so proximity to other children, preschools, activities, and good elementary schools are a consideration. I also like that Egrets Landing has a community pool - do many children go there during the week? Does anyone know if many children live in Hammock Trace? Also, do many kids go to the North County Aquatic Center to play during the week?

I haven't lived in either but can tell you for a fact that Egret's Landing is loaded with kids. I don't know much about the aquatic center because we had a pool when we lived in Jupiter. Most of my friends who live there have pools. My friend went to the aquatic center a few times but my kids were too young with varied ages at the time to play there. Jupiter is such a small town (really!) that once you go to the pool, supermarket, a couple of activities and start a preschool - you will see the same people over and over again.
