WANTED: home in Jax, Mandarin / Southside
I see some people on here that are not able to sell their house and I'm looking for a house. My price range is about $175,000. I would really like to find something that doesn't need a lot of repairs, 3 or more bedrooms, 2 or more bathrooms. A pool would be great but not needed. 2 car garage, and a backyard that is privacy fenced for my dogs. ANYONE out there have something like that? I'm renting in the 32257 zip code and don't know the area well. But am looking in the Mandarin / or / Southside area.

Hi joanne
there are a few houses in our subdivision but not in your price range. I do have a friend who is selling her house on the Southside I think it is in your range I will give her a call and see if it is still for sale and let you know.
