Hello guys.
My wife just got back from Florida visiting family. we live in Albany NY
And she took at a store an Apartment guide covering the Indian River, Breveard, Volusia and Flagler Counties.
We are really looking at finging something close to the zipcode 32907.
Can you guys give us any advise or referrals. And also can you tell us according to what you know or have heard, where to stay away from between those places?

You should re-title your post.
Rather than Quick Tips try something like Need Advice On Space Coast.

Also, try posting it on the Orlando forum. Orlando is closer to those areas and people there may be able to give you more specific info about neighborhoods or apartment complexes.
