Default Best place to live

A friend and I are looking into moving to Florida and not sure of an area yet. We are still very young and want a place that is not all retirees. We are looking for a place near the beach and the most important thing for us is having low crime rates. Also it being resonably priced. We have lived in Michigan our whole lives and visited Florida many times and loved thier!
