my wife and i are into our 3rd year of staying in st. Pete's beach for 2 months at a time we want to stay longer. we find that this area is very busy and would like to find another area that is slower pace must be on the gulf side. Jan, feb and mar are the months we would like. we did think about buying but at the moment we cannot see us staying an longer

Might have better luck anywhere from Indian Rocks Beach down to Treasure Island (Indian Rocks/Indian Shores might be the quieter places, they are not too developed).

Right. Jan, Feb and March are the months that ALL the snow birds want to stay. Just come for April, May and June. You'll see a BIG decrease in busy-ness.

I agree! Gulf blvd is miserable right now! Wait till after Easter and the roads will have a third the traffic they do now!
