Indeed an active place. I actually lied - I've been there three times. The third time was this past Thanksgiving, with a friend visiting her parents - who are busy with 40 hour weeks of golf, swimming, tennis, dinners...etc.

It's really awesome to see that.

about the health care someone asked. You can go to their site and read it but ambulance service is free for residents, they do have a hospital on the main road and a newer bigger hospital is due to break ground. They have shuttle service to larger hospitals and VA centers, no problems there. It is a nice place actually. HOA are varied. The older sections non golf course are very cheap and the newer section with guard gate is pricey so there is a price range to suit any pocketbook. The older section houses arent nearly as beautiful and modernly designed as the the newer of course. Sadly only one builder is there, I wish they allowed multiple builders so you could choose according to your own pocketbook and styles. WCI is nice but they are higher building costs. There is really one main road, there is a walmart down at the end of that road, but riding in carts is basically riding to bank , drug store and community centers, it isnt like riding in an average town, your only going very short distances. It is a nice place actually.
