Rainy season starts the third week of May. If there is no rain in May, beware of a big blow after July.

I'm in Western Dade County and we've only been having rain once a week or so. Definitely no rainy season yet.

There's always some gray area but the true wet season does not appear to be in effect just yet.

Be thankful you got some. Here in the Keys we have not had any appreciable rain for nearly 2 months! All the plants are burning up...
