I am a RN in Florida
They call FL "Gods waiting room"
If you have your RN PA or anything in RT you will be ok and jobs are plenty.
Not much for CNA and MA as the "overnight" schools are dumping out plenty on a daily basis.

Also want to know is there any difference in pay scale of Florida and Alaska? Any kind of help will be appreciated..

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Shands at the University of Florida as a good place to work in Gainesville. Across the street from Shands, connected by a tunnel, is the VA hospital and across town is North Florida Regional Hospital. Actually Shands has clinics all over town and hospitals in other communities in Florida. If you come to Gainesville with any kind of medical degree/certificate or experience you can get a job here. Check out the VA at USA Jobs and Shands at Welcome to Shands HealthCare - Affiliated with the University of Florida Health Science Center and one of the Southeast's premier health systems Each site can tell you about salaries.
Good luck!
