Hello,
Can anyone tell me about Casselberry? I found a house there on a realtor
website that was under 200,000. Is it low because it is in the "higher crime"
section? I I have 2 young children so I would want them to go to a decent school. Any other towns that may have houses for sale under 200,000
in good neighborhoods??

I've lived in unincorporated Casselberry for 15 years. It's a great area as far as crime goes. The only place i could think for that would have houses for lower than $200k is the "older" part of town. Most of those houses were built in the '70s so it's not even really that old compared to other parts of the country. And those neighborhoods are good, the worse thing going on in the are is vandalism or things like that. Once every 4 or 5 years you'll hear a neighbor talk about thier car being broken into. The schools in the area are very good, and continually receive A and B grades. The biggest problem by far in the area is traffic and overcrowding.
