Lee County featured on "Cops"
Did anyone here see the recent episode that was filmed in Lee County? It featured a low-income white family and their neighbors were arguing in the front yard, and a woman was arrested for Domestic Battery. Unfortunately they did state what town this took place in.

Most of them are actually filmed here in Palm Beach (Florida-wise). But they also now film them in Lee County and Brevard County. Sometimes even in Hillsborough.
They used to film them in Miami-Dade, Broward, and up in Duval but they stopped that for some reason.
Also, according to the COPS website at 8:30 tonight two parts of one episode will be filmed in Brevard and Lee:

I remember when this first came out, it was very sad but also very interesting because I had just been in the area prior to it hitting the news and had been surprised at how boring the news was with little or no real crime like we have reported here in the Orlando area so much.

YES, they had a couple of stories on "Cops" tonight that were in Fla. One was in Brevard and one in Lee Co. They often have them in Pinellas Co., too.
Also~tonight on America's Most Wanted, they had the whole story about the 8 murder victims by Ft. Myers. We've actually had stories about it on our local news way up here, but it was interesting to see the progress they've made on the case.  They had actually hand delivered the skulls up this way~Wyo. actually~and a gal there has reconstructed the faces. She did a fantastic job.
