I did say OVERALL . You know , things like QOL, weather, economy, people, crime, things to do, and so on .

You left out 4 metros with populations over 400K:

Deltona–Daytona Beach–Ormond Beach
Lakeland–Winter Haven
Pensacola-Ferry Pass-Brent
Port St. Lucie

This question is obviously about personal preference, but I think even moreso because FL doesn't have one city thats clearly better than the rest in every category. So it just depends which ones are more important to you.
