Bridgett is on a distinguished road
Default New Snow Bird

We have decided to return to our home state Michigan. There are a variety of reasons which I won't bore you with. I agreed to return home but I want to spend two or three winter months in Florida; away from the snow.

My question is this. How can I find a place to rent for three months? A house, condo, or modular home is fine. I would like to be on the gulf side of the state and about a 30 minute drive, or closer, to the ocean. I also have two little dogs.

I read this forum often and am convinced that many of you have the answers to my question. Websites would be helpful also.

Thanks in advance.

Default Call one of the local real estate agents in the area you want

Call up a few real estate offices in the area you would like to be in.
They should have rentals available all the time for the season.

How many people? I know where there is a small private apartment/furnished seasonal rental. PM me if you want more info. It is located in Bradenton, 10 minutes from the beach.
