Post Ditchin' NH to go mobile in Tally?

Hey folks! With 25" of snow on the ground here and climbing (and it's not even officially winter yet ), I've been seriously considering a move from NH to Tallahassee. It's not just the weather I'm escaping here although that is a prime factor in my considering it. I was hoping someone could tell me the best areas in/around Tally to buy a mobile home? I've lived in two here in NH and just like them, but I've been told to be leary of realtors and other posts on this site have recommended areas outside of Tally direct that are nice, but I don't know if they have mobile homes in those areas (toward Monticello, NW toward Havana for example). I'm guessing I'd regret the mobile decision when/if the first hurricane hits, but I'll work on the insurance issue later...

Any/all information on locations that have mobiles is appreciated. Thanks!

good luck to you! but remember it still gets cold in Tallahasse--I would look into moving at least a couple hours south of there

Default Cold vs. Snow

Thanks, but at least I won't be doing back breaking shoveling. I can stand the cold, just not the snow/ice...if I wanted to do doughnuts in my car, I'd go the track, not the main roads...
