Great, a home that has the block, roof, rough plumbing and electric selling at a discount. Who would have thought it.
You really should look and think before typing.

You bet Mike because it will take less than 30k to finish it out. Thats a lot better than 250k at peak price

Are they selling the house "as is" in that condition and not doing anymore work for $109,900 or are they finishing the house and selling it for $109,900?

2001-2002 pricing would have been about $8,000 for the lot and about $45,000 to get to that point. Even if they overpaid on the lot and the house you would have been looking $65,000 max. And as far as the $30,000 to finish it, maybe at contractor material cost without labor but not retail.

Your normal homeowner would then have to hire a contractor to complete everything remaining (kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, drywall, paint, stucco, roofing, a/c, plumbing top out, electical top out, doors, molding, lighting, landscaping, driveway). A contractor is going to charge a lot more than $30k to finish everything and then warrant it.
