But you would think with all these houses for sale, realtors would not have the time to worry about this forum. Shouldn't they be out selling all those perfectly priced houses? |

It costs to much to take suckers out for a showing in the ol Hummer these days. They may now ask the suckers to meet them at the house due to them now driving a moped.

70% reductions within the next 5 years, thats what i predict. just been offered a new lease on my apartment for less then what i am currently paying, and thats even before i haggle with them. lol guess i just need to keep putting money away for a nice big ass downpayment on a lower priced house
