Double Wide Mobile Homes (Vero Beach, Indian River Estates: relocate, real estate, condos)

Are there any Double Wide Mobile Home Communities in Vero Beach, Florida. My daughter is hoping to relocate down there to work in the same type of job she is in now. A double wide is about all she can afford right now... Any help, please?

Jim, those look so expensive for mobile homes. That seems to be the norm down there though~highly inflated asking prices for mobiles and if it's on a rented lot, it's also very high.


Oldmom, would your daughter consider condo living? I did a search on the same spot that Jim did only didn't add "Mobile homes". I started at zero going to 100,000. From the looks of the first house anyway, I probably shouldn't have checked "Houses" either. But IMHO some of those condos are very nice.

Thank you so much... Are there prices for real? She can handle thet. We live in Pennsylvania and my daughter works at an Acts Retirement Community. She would like to transfer down there and work in the sam type job. We know there are two Acts Retirement Homes there. (Indian River Estates East and Indian River Esrates West)
I will try to get Information at how close any of these Real estate homes are to either one of these Communities and then go from there.

Yes, they're probably quite accurate. Real estate has been dropping in a lot of areas and especially some spots in Fla. IMHO condos are starting to be quite reasonable down there. Good luck to you and your daughter.
