Why do I have a strong feeling that there is more to this story regarding the actual mindset of the two men who assaulted the individual?

Two men saw a man wearing a pirate costume (and just how many of us Floridians have pirate costumes-me and my neighbors for example) walking through the apartment complex. Called security, grabbed pistols and ran out, forcing the man to the ground. The two men were arrested and charged by the Cops.

when the man dressed as a pirate was asked by the police "why are pirates called pirates? he responded cause they ARRGH." When asked what his favorite letter in the alphabet was, the gentleman dressed as a pirate replied "ARRRGHH" The police said this was proof that he was a real pirate......After they threw him to the ground and handcuffed him, the man dressed as a pirate was heard saying "ok, ok my favorite letter in the alphabet is AYEEE!!!Now take off the cuffs!!!
