Perhaps, but the state itself is a fairly good representation of the diversity in this country, both facially and politically. I mean look at something like dade vs Orange vs escambia counties

Ppl in FL don't act worse than other well populated areas. Try CA, NY, NJ etc

Syrians might work out because they will probably have to learn English, because they are few...they are not like mass #s of hispanics who can turn a place into whatever dump of a country they moved here from and never learn English.
