Sassy Brass is on a distinguished road
Wow! w, that's scarry! The view out your window is so close to mine I had to turn around to be sure you weren't standing behind! I don't have a pond, yet, it's on the list. I have open pasture to a tree line, like yours. A water and feed area about a hundred yards out draws all types of wildlife for pleasant viewing. Deer, hawks, turtles, pigs, an occasional eagle, and many birds and squirrels provide endless entertainment.

I love living in the country. I have a treehouse and hang clothes. Gave up veggie gardens because the wildlife gets everything. I have a neighbor who put up an eight foot fence to keep deer out of the garden, only to find four wild pigs burrowed under the fence, ate everything in the garden in one night and were sleeping it off on his compost pile. I quit trying after his venture.

Enjoy the view of Orange Lake. See ya at the forums.

LOL! Good story Sassy.

At least, I hope your Neighbor got some good sausage out of the deal!

Sound like you got a nice place.

I have just set up here on some land that I owned fer a while. So I got plenty of projects on my "to do" list.
