Hello,
I'm moving to SPB & have some quests.. All advice/comments appreciated. Thanks in advance.
-SPB is a community of around 1100, with a land area of less than .13 mile, & zero businesses. Why does it even exist?
-what are some of the advantages of living there?
-disadvantages?

I think it still is, but, what does that mean, living in a retirement community? I never have....

In South Palm Beach you will likely have to drive to get to businesses... the Lake Worth beach plaza, adjacent to South Palm Beach, has a couple of shops and restaurants. Otherwise you have to go to Palm Beach proper, Manalapan, or mainland Lake Worth.

It's a quiet place, could be why many like it. But it's not like you're soooo far from civilization. 10 minutes and you're right back in reality.

Many of the condos are age restricted. Condos can be had in the town, on the ocean, for a reasonable price (but usually quite high condo fees).
