I`m moving to Clermont with my family (2 small kids) and I was looking for houses, but we don`t know very well this area, but we saw some houses in the Magnolia Park neighborhood. I would like to know if is a good area.

hi, im moving to clermont too so maybe im not the best person to answer you but i am from miami and we've visited a lot. we're looking in that same area, i love the pineloch area which is also very close. clermont is relatively small so everything is pretty close. my son is 5 so im hoping it'll be nice for him. our real estate agent is extremely nice. her name is yanett saborido, you can find her on the watson realestate website. she can help you with your questions better than i can. good luck! maybe we'll end up neighbors!

Clermont is a HUGE area. Just like everything else, there are good and bad places but it mostly depends on what you are looking for. And I really think much depends on what you make it. You'll find great schools for your children, plenty of shopping and farmer's stands beside the roads most weekdays.
I'm not specifically familiar with Magnolia Park, but I can tell you that you are more apt to find reasonably priced housing by looking for signs in yards or in windows than by going through a realtor. Whether you are on SR 27 toward SR 192 and Kissimmee or the other end by SR 50 or beyond going toward Leesburg or east on SR 50 toward Orlando or west toward Groveland, there are all manner of housing opportunities in every direction.

I was told that wherever you live, make sure you're zoned for Lost Lake (it's supposedly the best Elementary public school in Clermont).

I've heard the same. I lived in Clermont with my sister for a few months and my daughter went to Lost Lake for Kindergarten during that time. Seemed like a great school.
