Hello there,

My family and i are considering moving to Florida but we are not sure where to move. We've been looking and would like to move to the west coast of Florida more due to the nicer beaches as we heard. Me and my wife are in our late 20's and we have a 2 yr old child as well so we'd like a safe area that has a decent school district. We also like to find a place that offers things to do such as dinning out, night life and other fun activities as well. If anyone can give me some advice on where maybe a good place to look id appreciate it so much. Thank you

Palm Harbor, Seminole, Lakewood Ranch, Palmer Ranch, Fishhawk Ranch, Westchase, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Land o Lakes, South Tampa, Odessa, North Port are just a handful of communities with good schools and family friendly vibes.

For towns with safe neighborhoods and good schools as well as reasonable access to a good amount of things to do I would say Palm Harbor, East Lake, Oldsmar, Safety Harbor, Seminole, Westchase and Lutz.

Consider Orlando area if jobs are a consideration, while beaches are indeed nice in area mentioned jobs are tougher. If you get a job there you are fine, otherwise Orlando should be on radar.

What are you going to do to earn a living? If you don't have a job that moves with you, find employment FIRST before you move down.

I agree with the above. Get set up with a job first or the move will not go well in the long run.
