We currently live in South Fla and it's time for a move. We have no kids and we're looking to find out if there are any emerging markets still existing in Fla. Anyone have any insight? We had considered Panama City due to the airport being built andit had ben written up as one of the best places to move to/invest. Also considering Jupiter but would love to hear from anyone with some knowledge. We're quieter types of people and would be just fine in suburbia. I've ben a hairstylist for years and my husband has 20+ years construction background.
Thanks so much in advance. Hope you're all having a great morning! |

There is a lot of housing inventory in and around Panama City.
Not sure how good the job market is right now, but PC might indeed be an explosion waiting to happen. The real estate bubble popped awhile back, but yes, there is still a future there. |
