Well, I have been couped up in my Buffalo home since October. Here we are on March 21st and its still way too cold and windy to even go out for a walk. This is getting old. Spring doesn't normally come here until mid April.

No, but it's the opposite. People stay inside because it's too hot to go outside. But if people such as the OP can handle the humidity, then congrats.

Kinda silly to live in FL and feel its too hot to go outside, so I think.

We just 'suffered' through a long Destin winter -- with temperatures often below 40-degrees in January and February. Don't tell me we don't know what suffering in the cold is all about!

Below freezing with wind chills in the negative 20s for day after day is COLD.

today it finally reached 60.. but was very windy so was still pretty cool. Its going back to 40s though rest of week. Usually mid april here is when its comfortable also. I cannot wait to go to florida this summer again! Will be house hunting then

Yeah, but that's the reality for a lot of people. Many people move to Florida from up North because of the bad winters, but then end up just staying indoors as much as they did there.

Those temperatures are almost hot when it is 5 below zero with a feel like temperature of 20 below wight the wind chill in other areas. Florida happens to be much too humid for me though and I have no desire to ever visit again.
