Hi Folks,

I've posted here before and with all the information I've gathered, I feel like everything is mixing together. In an effort to simplify things, I'm hoping you can help. Would you be so kind as to rank the towns below and explain why you ranked them as such? Any and all details about each town you could give would be a HUGE plus. Thanks so much.

Flagler Beach
Anastasia Beach
St. Augustine Beach
Vilano Beach
Ponte Vedra Beach

1. Ponte Vedra Beach (nicest of the group in terms of overall housing and easy access to big city amenities)
2. St Augustine Beach (nicer housing options overall vs the remainder, better access to things to do)
3. Anastasia Island (a notch below SAB, more so in terms of accessibility to things)
4. Vilano Beach (remote, mixed housing stock, not easy to get to everything)
5. Flagler Beach (a smidge rundown in areas, not near a whole lot of things to do with Palm Coast as the "big city...which doesn't offer a whole lot)
