Default Florida Citizenship Increase and Delays

Approximately how many legal green card holders have applied for Citizenship in Florida lately? Will alot of those voters not be able to vote in our crucial 2008 national election? Are most of these green card holders from the Carribean or more from Mexico and Central America? Is there alot of anti-illegal immigrant sentiment in Florida which led to more people applying for Citizenship? You can just answer a couple questions hehe lol, I was curious if anti-illegal immigrant sentiment in Florida has brought out these new eligible Citizenship voters.

Are people with green cards allowed to vote in our elections? I thought you had to be a legal citizen for that.
