We are looking at homes in Seminole in Pinellas County. My husband and I used to live in Belleair Beach before having kids, moved back to the Midwest because we had kids, and now want to get back. They are 2 and 4 yrs old, so schools and safety are the most important. Plus proximity to beach. That is key. Moving to Seminole because schools are rated highly and it's closest we can get to the beaches and ahve good schools. My questions is-- which part of Seminole is best? When we lived in FL for 5 yrs we only stayed on the beach so we don't know much about other areas. Does anyone have insight on safest parts of Seminole and what the community feel is like? Are the kids safe riding bikes and walking alone as they get older? Is there a family kind of feel? What are the best elementary schools in Seminole? Is Bauder the best? ANy insight on Seminole with young kids is appreciated.
