We are relocating to the St. Augustine area and are wondering where is the best place to raise a family. What are the better neighborhoods?

What nice neighborhoods in St. Augustine allow owners to park an RV or have community RV parking/storage? I never thought I would be asking this question but I currently live in an HOA that does not allow RVs and I pay close to $3000 for storage.

And may I ask which are some of the older sections from this list. We don't think we want to build.

The first three are the most established while the bottom are relatively new communities full of families and are the hot spots.

The bottom three aren't in Saint Augustine, rather the north end of the county bordering Jacksonville. THis link might be of help to you and provide some examples of neighborhoods.

I find it extremely annoying and frustrating to need to sign in to see real estate details. I'm sure I'm not the only one who moves to another source rather than subject myself to calls and emails from those agents who use such tactics.

Kokonutty, you know it annoys me a bit as well, but I need to do the research, and I'm so far away in California.... They get it when I say I'm not going to look at the house... This year anyway. They are all trying to make a living...

Yep, but it's easy enough to look on tru or z and figure out what's there. Why deal with an agent who wants to control the situation when you end up paying them?
