Default Pensacola

Hi, do any of you live in, have lived in, or been to Pensacola before? I am here for the month and it's nice here. It's a very nice laid-back atmosphere. What are your thoughts on Pensacola?

We don't live in Pensacola but certainly have been there. We live a couple of hours east of P'cola in between Destin & Panama City Beach. We used to enjoy driving over to Pensacola to go looking around and enjoy some night life ... however that was many years ago and it is sure to be a much different place by now. We are pretty sure someone will post an answer that can give you way better info than us. However, if you are indeed in town for a month, take a drive east along the coast ... the whole panhandle is beautiful!!!

i live here and it is laid back but for me its a little boring because i am 19 . pensacola would be a good choice for someone who likes the beach and wants simple living , however i dont recommend pensacola for someone who has kids seeing as the school system is poor . pace/milton are extremely laid back and have highly rated schools .
