Pine Island, Florida (Bokeelia: condos, house, retire)

Hi, I would like some input on condos in Bookelia, Pine Island. I plan on renting next winter for 3-4 months. I am looking at Four Winds Condos, Blue Crab Key Condos, Marina Garden Condos, Captains Harbor Condos, Bocilla Island Club Condos. I have been to PI before, and I like Bookelia the best. I am retired, female, want peace and quiet, a place to walk safely and a place to go out on a boat. Would any of these condos be better than the other for what I want? Thanks in advance

Wish I knew more specific info on the complexes you referenced, but I don't. I do know that Bokeelia is beautiful.......I hope you make the move!

I live in Bokeelia and although I haven't rented condos in any of these complexes IMO Bocilla would be the place I'd choose.
All would be safe, all would have water access, but Bocilla has great "big water" views (from most units). I'd just make sure the unit you're getting has what you want. It's right on the end of the island so there is some sight seeing traffic (for the great view) , but people drive slowly.
I live very close to Blue Crab Key. In fact we considered buying a condo there at one time, but bought a house with some acreage instead. If quiet is what you're looking for Blue Crab Key would be a great choice as well.
Please do not discount the others based on this post, I'm just not as familiar with them as I am Bocilla and Blue Crab Key.
