All I am asking for is specific information about living in that area...well water, drainage, traffic/roads getting to the main parts of Naples...and so on. Nothing about schools....I already live here so I know most. I just don't know about living specifically in that area! Thanks!

I just joined and in checking out your topic, I thought I could answer you, but you say you want specific info about well water and other concerns, but what kind of info? Well water is fine for everything but we use an R/O unit under the sink for cooking water and the line to run to our icemaker.
Since the Estates is huge, drainage varies enormously.

Again traffic flow varies depending on where you want to live in the Estates. Some areas do still have issues. We live rather close in and getting into town is no big deal.

Since you live in Collier County, the best way to know is to drive around during rush hour in the area to which you are thinking of moving.
