Wonder if any of those cars were in the vehicle recall that manufacturer didn't want to address?

Anyhow, I had read that there was a driver somewhere north of I-81, ? that crashed into other vehicles and when questioned by police, response was something like "didn't care"

Anyway, looks to me like someone strung out on meth, barreling down the highway after countless sleepless days/nights on drugs. I wish he would have been the one to suffer as opposed to the family.
