I am currently in NY, but there is a job opening in crystal river later this year. I have found newer houses for decent prices (225k), nothing too expensive. I was wondering how much I can expect to pay in insurance and taxes. If the house is 1800 sq.ft. in this area, what can i expect to pay. In my area now I have a 1300 sq.ft. house. taxes are 2400 a year, insurance is 700 a year...sorry about that.. springs.. river.. falls.. u know what i mean..
I am interested in the nuke plant in crystal river..
