Hi all,

I am looking to buy a townhome in the new development in Winter Springs at the end of Tuskawilla road. They are called Jesup's Landing.

Just looking for some feedback on the area, traffic (I know it's bad everywhere). These townhomes are really nice. I currently live in Oviedo but I am renting and just throwing money away in my opinion.

Does anyone here live or knows someone who does. Likes it, loves it, hates it ? why?

Thanks

That's the better side of Winter Springs which along with Tuscawilla wasn't impacted heavily by the housing crisis/foreclosures. Depending upon your routine, traffic may not be an issue if you can use the 417 which is just east via 434. Something to consider if you work from home per chance during the week is the close proximity to Winter Springs High School, which would offer some noise/traffic issues during the week. Otherwise it's a pretty quiet area I think.

I live in this general area and find the traffic in our area to be much quieter than the parts of Oviedo I've traveled. We love this part of town. The Town Center will hopefully be much more frequented once they finish the construction. Schools are excellent. You're super close to the Cross Seminole Trail, Publix, great restaurants (Mikki V's, Senor Tequilas). Central Winds park is great. I think you'll be very happy there.
