Why Daytona? It's probably the worse the east coast has to offer?

this would not be my 1st choice either on the east coast as daytona beach has a higher violent crime rate, at 3.09 times the national average, and property crime rate, at 2.12 the national average, not to mention that they have a serial killer who has not been caught yet...
