Terrible news. One day in the very near future the state of Florida will be called North Cuba.

Cubans are good people. And much of Floridas prosperity is owed to that community. The more the merrier I say.

I suppose it is better to take a chance getting off the island illegally rather than trying for asylum.
It's pretty tough there. I have a friend who's fiancee is a Cuban immigrant. They go there frequently as he can go because of the close family relationship. Getting things needed for daily life is very difficult. Its not easy to live under a dictatorship. Back in the late 19th and into the 20th century millions of people fled Europe. They were looking for a better life. They created opportunity and most did quite well here in USA. Today the geographics of the immigrants have changed but the dream has not. God bless them all in their journey.

The incompetence of you and a few others here is staggeringly sad.

I know. She thinks illegals are just great. They can live on both sides of her then, with 15 people per house.
