Which one adds more to the Federal debt burden ???
Ah yes more liberal logic. Just like the concept that obamacare could actually reduce a budget deficit until the reality set in after it was passed

CBO Projections Indicate Obamacare Will Raise Deficits by $131 Billion | The Weekly Standard

Ever wonder what the commonality is among recent bankrupt cities like Stockton, Detroit and vallejo?

Basic math is liberal logic? Obamacare is a 100% republican law.

Show me one republican that believed in a federal medicaid expansion. Just one. While you're at it, maybe you can chew on this:

For you information, there are 50 states in the union.... in 2013, FL ranked #6, this year it was #28. 6 and 28 are nowhere near "bottom" of the country
