Silly dodge.

CA has 1/12 the US population and about 1/4 the homeless in the US. Policy is one of, though not the only, reason. Mississippi is a non issue, just a diversion as it has less than 2000 homeless.

CA has roughly twice as many people as FL but 4 times the number of homeless. Who runs CA?

How well is that working?

The FL homeless problem is not good, but making it better is just about impossible now. Yes, some people want out of it, but too many want things just as they are and won't change. The law does not allow them to be "helped" if they do not want it. How will any candidate change that? What is Daytona doing to reduce the problem?

Liberals think it's not nice to put people in any institution. So.....have to close them.

Fact of life.
