Hello all and thanks for looking at my post I'll try to make this as short as possible.
I had a phone interview set up for 2-12-16 from 10-12pm My phone number was correct in the system and I waited by it the whole time with perfect reception but no one called.I waited to 12:45 then began to seek out my interviewer after a lot of effort I found out my interviewers name and number and called her and left
a voicemail per her instructions.48 hours later no call I decided to call again leave another voice mail and 24hours later no call still. I'm now constantly calling her but not leaving new voice mail per her orders and still she refuses to speak with me.

I'm very confused on what to do next I tried going around her but was told my account was locked by other EDD employees.
Any help? Advice?

Try calling your county's CalWORKs and/or Employment Training Division (different from EDD). What county are you in? If it's a big one you're going to have to keep pestering them until you get through. Ask to speak to a supervisor or program manager if you must. Does your county have a call center? You can call them too and let them know what's up.

I was forced to move to Florida due to losing my job so I'm in Hillsborough ( Tampa bay ) and they call it "one stop" here and they where a dead end. I have however left two voicemails with my interviewer's manager and sent another email via UI online but as of now I'm still in "limbo".
I just don't know what is even to talk about I've spoke to my previous employer and even they can't get threw to EDD.Im really lost for words with this but thank you for the help.

This happened to me a couple of times. One time they called me a day or two after the scheduled interview. Another time they never called at all, but mailed me the forms I was requesting in the first place.
