Would that necessarily be different than what people from your neighbor states have learned about FL? I for one love Milwaukee, great city.

I am actually interested in any good info about Florida from anyone as long as it is intelligent info and not just some rambling nonsense. I have had good luck on here so far---a few nut cases and a few people that obviously hate life but you find that anywhere in life.
I just smile and move on

Can someone explain to me the difference between cheese sticks (or mozzarella sticks) and cheese curds. Sounds the same to me.

They don't taste the same. And mozzarella sticks are can be stringy but cheese curds aren't.
