Sorry if this was on the forum, but I missed it. I know some elections on the real estate laws were to be held at the beginning of the year, so could someone please recap them briefly?
What is the cap for appreciation on one's home? Over 65 years of age, what are the property tax rate exemptions now? $50,000 or $75,000? Anything you can give would be appreciated. |
