We were in FL for a vacation (NC license) and my husband got a speeding ticket in Bowling Green (right where the speed limit dropped from 60 to 40). Anyone have a recommendation for a traffic attorney if we elect to go to court? Thanks.

ticketclinic.com has attorneys all over Florida, check the website out.

I would never just blindly pay a ticket. No one needs points on their licence; and NC will suspend a DL for 60 days for going 15 mph over the posted speed-limit. That would be a hassle for most people.

No need to a "be a good citizen" lecture on personal responsibility. Traffic enforcement is primarily concerned with revenue and the insurance companies being able to up your rates
