I boast about my home state quite a bit to out of staters actually. I still think Florida is one of the better states in our nation. What makes me mad is that it could be among the grandest. The third most populous state should be a leading magnet for people wanting to build a thriving career. Instead, Florida is severely less than meeting its potential in this area. We keep seeing the mantras of posters who tell us how there are no jobs, if there is a job it only pays $10 an hour and the only jobs are in tourism, FL is "backwards", everybody is leaving FL "in droves", everybody is a retiree, the government is corrupt and Gov Scott wants to keep FL a poor state,

Duh, the recliner quarterbacks are have hours and hours of study. And you know, these other States and cities, even a fry cook drives his Mercedes to work and enjoys taking their yachts out on the weekend.
