Default Top 100 lists

On this website I took the time to look at the top 100 lists. and interestingly the oldest median age cities are in Fl and other bubble states, and none of the youngest cities are in Florida. Also look at the income to house values ratio. Seems like a good way to weed out cities in FLorida, and California.

Good catch. Amazing catch, actually. Interesting theory... I'm gonna run that one by some big dogs and see what they have to say. Maybe only people that bought when housing was reasonably priced can compete when housing is unreasonably priced?
